- Salt, to taste

- Chopped cilantro, for garnish


*Instructions:*


1. *Marinate chicken*: Mix yogurt, lemon juice, ghee, garam masala, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

2. *Cook chicken*: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove chicken from marinade and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
