- 1/2 teaspoon orange blossom water
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
2. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
3. Remove from heat and stir in rose water, orange blossom water, and cardamom (if using).
4. Pour into individual cups or a large serving dish.
5. Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 2-3 hours.
6. Serve chilled, garnished with chopped pistachios or almonds, if desired.
