1 pound of boneless chicken pieces
Chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Heat the ghee or oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Put onions, garlic and ginger paste. When the onions are translucent it is done.
Add chicken in and let it brown.
Cook until cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder and salt get fragrant about one to two minutes.
After boiling thoroughly with broth plus water,
Simmer on low heat covered for around 20 to25 minutes or cooked rice soaks up all liquid.
